Tostadas Doña Juana was born in the heart of Nayarit, thanks to an extraordinary woman.
In 1966, Doña Juana made her very first hand-scraped tostadas to sell, hoping to buy her son’s school uniform. What began as a simple act of love turned into a family tradition that has now lasted for three generations.
Inspired by an ancestral recipe dating back to the Mexican Revolution, our tostadas are hand-scraped, slow-cooked, and packed with pride. We keep that one-of-a-kind corn flavor — no preservatives, no shortcuts.
We honor Doña Juana’s legacy: a woman who, with determination, joy, and vision, built a better future for her family. Today, more than 90% of our team are women, keeping that spirit of strength and community alive.
Every bite is a tribute to homemade cooking, to grandmothers, to the warmth of home… A memory full of tradition in every tostada.
